All jewelry pieces are crafted from stainless steel, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-free materials. While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, slight variations may occur due to handcrafting, screen displays, or photography lighting.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

📦 3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

In case of cancellation, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – nationwide
• Bank Transfers
• Apple Pay & Google Pay
• Credit/Debit Cards (via secure payment gateway)

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, prices for confirmed orders will not be changed.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across Saudi Arabia on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

🔄 6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 2-3 days of delivery. Eligible returns receive a 70% refund (30% restocking fee applies). Exchanges receive 100% store credit. Defective/damaged items qualify for 100% refund.
