We want you to love your Souq Nation jewelry. If something isn't right, we offer a clear return process with a 70% refund on eligible returns (conditions apply).
70% Refund Policy
Why 70%? To keep our jewelry affordable and sustainable, returned items undergo thorough sanitization, inspection, and repackaging. A 30% restocking & handling fee applies, and you receive 70% of the product's original price (excluding shipping charges).
π Example calculation: If you purchased a necklace for SAR 500, you will receive SAR 350 as refund (70% of product value). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
β¨ For exchanges, the 70% rule does NOT apply β you get full value store credit or exchange for another product without deduction.
β 2-3 Day Return Window
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 to 3 calendar days after receiving your order. The return window is strictly 3 days from delivery date.
π Example: Delivery on Monday β request return by Wednesday (11:59 PM).
βοΈ Returns after 3 days will be eligible for 40% store credit only (no cash refund).
π Conditions for Return (70% refund)
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging & tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) required
- Hypoallergenic jewelry must show no signs of wear/scratch
- Earrings: return accepted only if hygiene seal is intact
π Final sale items? "Permanent jewelry" & custom pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
π° 70% Refund Process
Once we receive & inspect your return (unused, original condition), we will process a 70% refund of the product's purchase price. The remaining 30% covers restocking, sanitization, and administrative fees.
Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after approval. Money is sent to original payment method (bank/credit card/Mada/Apple Pay).
Shipping fees (original & return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
π Prefer an exchange? Get 100% value!
Instead of a 70% refund, you can choose to exchange your item for another design (earrings, necklace, hand chain, bracelet) within the same 2-3 day window. Exchanges receive 100% store credit of the original product value β no 30% deduction! Simply mention βexchangeβ when contacting us.
π How to return your item (2-3 day window for 70% refund)
- Step 1: Within 2β3 days of delivery, email us at souqnation.786@gmail.com or WhatsApp 053 321 2841 with your order ID, product photo, and return reason (refund 70% or exchange).
- Step 2: Our team will approve within 24 hours and share the return address (Riyadh hub).
- Step 3: Pack the item securely (original packaging). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective).
- Step 4: After we receive and verify the item (unused, tags intact), we process 70% refund within 5-7 days OR full exchange store credit.
β οΈ Damaged / Defective Items β 100% Refund
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, the 70% rule does NOT apply. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. You will receive a 100% full refund (including shipping costs) or a free replacement. We'll arrange free return pickup.

π« Non-Returnable Items (No refund)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings with broken hygiene seal (hygiene reasons)
- Custom/personalized pieces (engraved, made-to-order)
- Items returned after 3-day window (only 40% store credit possible)
- Items showing visible wear, scratches, perfume or makeup stains
2-3 Day Return Window = 70% Refund
Products returned within 2-3 calendar days from delivery and meeting condition guidelines will receive a 70% refund (30% restocking + handling fee). Returns requested after day 3 but within 7 days will receive 40% store credit only (no cash refund).
